3. Payment Information

We collect no credit or debit card numbers and no banking credentials, because YARZ does not use any automated payment gateway (such as Stripe or SSLCommerz). Payment is handled in two ways:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the courier in cash, and we never see any financial data.
  • bKash / Nagad Send Money: You send the amount from your own bKash/Nagad to our number 01601-743670 and submit only the Transaction ID at checkout. This ID is used once, to verify your payment manually, and is stored with your order record.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information only as necessary to fulfil your order, with:

  • Courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, Sundarban) — only your name, phone, and delivery address.
  • bKash / Nagad — we do not send them anything; you initiate the Send Money yourself.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — only in hashed (irreversibly encrypted) form for ad attribution via Meta's Conversions API.

These partners are obligated to keep your information confidential and secure.

5. Security of Your Information

Our website runs on HTTPS, and your order data travels to our server in encrypted form. Because we do not accept card payments, your financial data never enters our systems. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — please contact us immediately if you suspect any issue.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and tracking technologies (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to enhance your browsing experience and to show you ads about products you viewed. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect some features of our site.
