1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from YARZ (yarzclothing.xyz), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. YARZ reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. YARZ makes every effort to ensure accurate pricing; however, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will see an on-screen confirmation with your order ID, and our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the details. This confirmation is not a final acceptance of your order, and YARZ reserves the right to cancel or modify the order at any point due to product availability, incorrect address, or a fake Transaction ID.

5. Payment

Payment at YARZ is accepted only through the following methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier when your parcel is delivered. This option may be temporarily disabled from time to time.
• bKash / Nagad (Manual Send Money) — send the amount to our number 01601-743670 and enter the Transaction ID at checkout. Our team verifies it manually before confirming the order.

We do not use any card payments, payment gateways, or third-party processors (such as Stripe or SSLCommerz). Submitting a fake or invalid Transaction ID will result in the order being cancelled, and the customer may be blocked from placing future orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

YARZ aims to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, Sundarban) or by force-majeure and public-holiday situations. Delivery times may vary based on location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy. In short, customers may inspect and refuse the parcel at the door during delivery, and within 7 days of delivery a return or exchange request may be submitted for review. Each request is evaluated case-by-case; valid requests for verified manufacturing defects, wrong items, or significant product mismatches are generally accepted, while items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that show signs of use after delivery are not eligible. All returns must be in their original condition with original packaging, hang tags, and any hygiene seals intact. YARZ reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the eligibility criteria; the decision of our review team is final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the YARZ website, including images, logos, text, and designs, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Security

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. In brief, we collect no card or banking data, and your information is used only to fulfil your order and provide customer support.

10. Liability

YARZ is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Modifications

YARZ reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh, in particular the competent courts of Narayanganj.
