1. Inspection at the Door

Please open and inspect your parcel while the delivery rider is still at your door. If you find a clear issue with the product — such as a wrong item, a verified manufacturing defect, a size or colour mismatch with the product page, or visible damage received in transit — you may hand the parcel straight back to the rider at the time of delivery. For orders inside Dhaka, only the courier delivery charge is non-refundable; for orders outside Dhaka, courier charges are governed by the courier company's own policy.

2. 7-Day Window — Reviewed on a Case-by-Case Basis

Within seven (7) days of delivery, customers may submit a return or exchange request. Each request is reviewed individually by our team.

Returns and exchanges are generally accepted for the following reasons:

  • Verified manufacturing defects (loose stitching, broken buttons, fabric flaws, etc.).
  • Wrong item shipped (a different product, colour, or size than what you ordered).
  • Product that materially differs from the description and photographs on the product page.

Please note that YARZ does not offer an unconditional "change of mind" return. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that show any sign of use after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of the reason stated.

3. How to Submit a Request

To begin a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +880 1601 743670 within the 7-day window and provide:

  1. Your order ID.
  2. A clear photograph or short video showing the issue (taken in natural light, with the product and tags visible).
  3. A brief description of the problem.

Our team reviews each request and responds within 24 working hours. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the eligibility criteria above, and the decision of our review team is final.

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Because we do not use any automated payment gateway, refunds are issued manually as a bKash or Nagad Send Money to the mobile number you confirm on WhatsApp. Approved refunds are normally sent within 1–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For reasons of hygiene, fairness, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or that show any sign of use after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original packaging, hang tags, or hygiene seals.
  • Innerwear, undergarments, and any item that comes into direct contact with the skin (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items.
  • Items returned after the 7-day window has expired.
  • Items damaged, stained, or altered by the customer after delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are handed over to the courier — simply message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, the only option is to refuse the parcel at the door during delivery.

YARZ is a small, customer-first brand. We handle every return request with fairness, transparency, and respect. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please reach out — we will always do our best to find a fair resolution. At the same time, this policy exists because we trust our customers to use it in good faith; that mutual trust is the only way we can continue to offer it to genuine cases.
