Delivery Areas

We deliver across Bangladesh. Our delivery service covers all 64 districts, including metropolitan cities and rural areas.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are dynamically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout alongside the product. Please note that due to varying operational conditions and policies of courier services across Bangladesh, delivery charges are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. The final applicable delivery charge will always be the one shown during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Inside Narayanganj: 1-2 business days after processing
  • Outside Narayanganj: 2-4 business days after processing
  • Remote Areas: May take an additional 1-2 days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. During peak seasons (Eid, Puja, New Year), delivery may take slightly longer.

The courier service assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using:

  • Our Order Tracking page using your phone number
  • The courier tracking ID provided via SMS or WhatsApp

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times
  • If you are unavailable, the courier will contact you to reschedule
  • After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • You will need to contact us to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply)

Important Notes

  • Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address to avoid delays
  • Include a working phone number so the courier can reach you
  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package
  • Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage immediately

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery, as the rider may not carry change. During high-demand periods or fake-order spikes, COD may be temporarily disabled; in that case, checkout will show only bKash/Nagad manual Send Money.
